Protocol Library
ShankuChakra Protocols (SCP) are recommended operational procedures for common export workflow steps. They are not official government or international standards — they document ShankuChakra's recommended operational practice and should be adapted to your specific product, buyer and destination.
SCP-001
Export Enquiry Protocol
To ensure that an incoming export enquiry is captured completely and consistently, so that an accurate quotation and product match can be prepared without repeated back-and-forth with the buyer.
SCP-002
Buyer KYC Protocol
To perform reasonable due diligence on a prospective buyer before committing to production, shipment or extending payment flexibility, reducing the risk of non-payment or fraud.
SCP-003
Product Specification Protocol
To document a clear, mutually agreed product specification before production or procurement, reducing disputes over quality at the time of shipment.
SCP-004
Sample Approval Protocol
To ensure that a product sample sent to and approved by a buyer accurately represents the bulk shipment, reducing the risk of a quality mismatch claim later.
SCP-005
Pre-Shipment Quality Protocol
To verify, before a shipment is sealed and dispatched, that the goods conform to the agreed product specification and the approved reference sample.
SCP-006
Container Loading Protocol
To ensure export containers are loaded in a way that protects product condition and quantity during transit, and that loading is verified before the container is sealed.
SCP-007
Export Documentation Protocol
To ensure the full set of export documents for a shipment is accurate, internally consistent, and prepared in time for customs clearance and buyer requirements.
SCP-008
LC Document Verification Protocol
To verify that documents presented under a Letter of Credit comply exactly with the LC's terms and with UCP 600 / ISBP 745 practice, reducing the risk of payment delay or refusal due to discrepancies.
SCP-009
Chilli Quality Protocol
To provide a structured quality-verification process specific to dry red chilli shipments, given the product-specific parameters (pungency, colour, moisture) that most influence buyer acceptance.
SCP-010
Turmeric Quality Protocol
To provide a structured quality-verification process specific to turmeric shipments, given the product-specific parameters (curcumin content, colour, moisture) that most influence buyer acceptance.
